In its congratulatory letter, the Lao Women's Union expressed: "Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the 14th National Women's Congress will be a great success, setting out correct orientations and tasks to continue promoting the role of Vietnamese women in the new era.
Over the past years, the VWU has achieved many important accomplishments in implementing the guidelines and policies of the Party and State, promoting the role of women in socio-economic development, national defense, and international integration. These results have contributed to elevating the status of Vietnamese women and making positive contributions to the sustainable development of the country".
Meanwhile, Mrs. Men Sam An, President of the Cambodian Women for Peace and Development (CWPD), highly appreciated the immense contributions and achievements of the VWU over the past five years in promoting the role and indispensable participation of Vietnamese women in the country's rapid development and international integration, while enhancing Vietnam's position and prestige in the international arena.
The All-China Women's Federation affirmed: "Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the VWU has united and gathered Vietnamese women to achieve outstanding accomplishments in the cause of building socialism and the Doi Moi (Renovation) process, helping the country step into a new era.
The Congress is a major event in the political life of the VWU and Vietnamese women. This is also an important occasion to showcase the noble qualities of Vietnamese women, while inspiring and promoting the strength of women for progress and development. We stand ready to work with the VWU to further deepen people-to-people exchange activities, promote mutual understanding and friendship between the peoples of the two countries, and contribute more of women's strength to building a China-Vietnam Community with a Shared Future that carries strategic significance at a new height in the new era!".

"We highly appreciate the close cooperation and spirit of solidarity between ACWO and the VWU. At the same time, we look forward to further strengthening cooperation in the coming years to advance the progress and empowerment of women across the region," said Dr. Husna Sulaiman, Executive Director of the ACWO Permanent Secretariat.
United Nations agencies, including UN Women, UNDP, UNICEF, ILO, and IOM, highly valued the major significance of this Congress, calling it an important political event and a meaningful milestone in the process of promoting women's rights and empowerment in Vietnam. As Vietnam enters a new phase of development, promoting gender equality and women's empowerment remains essential for an inclusive, sustainable, and human-centric development process. UN Women welcomed the Congress's emphasis on the role of women in economic development. In this context, continued attention to promoting women's leadership and participation, innovation, digital transformation, skills development, economic empowerment, and entrepreneurship will be crucial to ensuring that women and girls can fully participate in and benefit equally from Vietnam's development process.
Towards the development of overseas Vietnamese women
In the joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere of women nationwide looking toward Hanoi, the Vietnamese Women's Forum in Europe placed its full faith and expectation that the 14th Congress would put forward breakthrough orientations and tasks, creating a strong driving force to maximize the potential, intellect, and resilience of women in all fields. Through this, it will continue to promote gender equality, elevate the status of Vietnamese women in the international arena, and tighten the great national unity block, creating a closer connection between the domestic women's movement and overseas Vietnamese women's organizations.
Speaking not only on behalf of the Vietnamese Women's Forum in Europe, Dr. Phan Bich Thien, President of the Vietnamese Women's Association in Hungary, expressed confidence that this Congress would create breakthroughs in women's affairs, leading Vietnamese women to new achievements. She hoped that the Union's Central Committee would continue to implement various programs to connect, support, and guide overseas Vietnamese women's organizations so they can grow stronger and contribute more to the homeland.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Nguyen Viet Trieu, President of the Union of Vietnamese Women's Associations in Europe, emphasized: "The 14th National Women's Congress is a major festival, marking a new step in the development of the country's women's movement. We highly agree with and take immense pride in the theme of the Congress. This is a powerful message demonstrating the vision, aspiration for dedication, and the massive role of Vietnamese women in the cause of national construction, defense, and international integration."
Despite living and working far from the homeland, the Vietnamese women's community in Europe always turns its heart toward the motherland with profound love and pride. Over the past years, under the care and encouragement of the VWU Central Committee, overseas Vietnamese women in Europe have consistently strived to unite, preserve national cultural identity, nurture the love for the homeland among the younger generation, and organize many practical and effective activities contributing to the overall development of the country.
Looking toward the 14th Congress, the Vietnamese women's community in Europe places its full trust and expectations. We firmly believe that the Congress will highly promote the spirit of democracy and intellect, objectively assess past achievements, and devise creative and breakthrough directions and policies for the 2026–2031 tenure. The Union of Vietnamese Women's Associations in Europe affirms that it will always act as an extended arm of the Union's Central Committee, continuing to accompany and closely connect the network of overseas Vietnamese women, spreading the fine values of Vietnamese women to international friends, and joining hands to realize the aspiration of building a prosperous and happy Vietnam.
